The boutique, situated 10 minutes from Paris, offers only the best culinary products the Aquitaine region has to offer (around Bordeaux/Basque Country). Here you will find regional specialties such as foie gras, caviar, pâté, smoked salmon, cheese and charcuterie, hazelnuts, honey and jams, ready-to-go dishes (Fred thinks their sweetbreads are the best) and lots of delicious canned goods that are great to have on hand (Bordelaise snails, lentils, Basque piperade, yum!). 

 

Most importantly, the owner (I admit, she is a friend of ours) spent 2 years travelling the region and testing over 1200 local products, before narrowing the selection down to 400. She works in partnership with the local producers and you won’t find anyone more knowledgeable about what she offers. They also do fun tastings and gift boxes that are great for the holidays.
