Ranch Dip and Dressing

 

Ah this big favorite in the U.S. is surprisingly hard to find in France! And who doesn’t love some ranch dressing with some hot wings or as a dip for crudité with cocktails? I know our French friends all like Ranch and I typically come back from trips to the States with Hidden Valley Ranch packets in my suitcase to make Anne Marie’s Ranch Pinwheels. If you are unable to do that, you can purchase them online (although pretty pricey: 3.59 € for one packet) in France at My American Market.

 

BUT, you can also make it yourself! I had no idea what went into making that iconic Ranch flavor, but here is a recipe for Ranch dip and dressing that is pretty darn close to those little packets (and all natural)!
