Craving ranch, but can’t get the store-bought packets? Or looking for a natural version of this classic? I’ve tried a few mixes and this one comes pretty close! Try this to make Anne Marie’s Ranch Pinwheels.
Ranch Style Seasoning for Dip or Dressing
1 teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
A pinch of dried thyme
Mix the ingredients together.
For a dip: Mix with about 1 1/2 cups (280 g) of sour cream or crème fraiche and a tablespoon of cream cheese.
For a salad dressing: whisk the seasoning mix with 1 cup (190 g) of Greek yogurt or plain yogurt, ¼ cup (60 ml) of milk and a teaspoon of lemon juice.
